Taking Root: Capital Campaign
In the summer of 2010, Evergreen felt led by God to launch a capital campaign to provide the funds for a place of our own. Our goals and prayers for a permanent facility are to:
- increase our visibility: to be seen 24/7 so that people become more aware of our church presence.
- increase our stability: to build equity in a place of our own that will give us a platform for planting congregations in the future
- increase our flexibility: to provide additional weekend services for volunteers along mid-week ministry options
Total Pledged to 30-month Campaign: $287,600
Total Collected through September 31, 2011: $133,000
Total Donations in addition to pledges: $14,600
What Can Your Gift Do?
- Allow us to move forward, to begin building equity and cash on hand
- To put us in position to respond to God-given opportunities in the future
- Increase our Visibility, Stability and Flexibility within our community and calling
