There are a number of ministries that make the sight and sound aspects of the service happen every week. This group of ministries is collectively referred to as the Magnify Team. Whether you enjoy being up front as part of the team leading worship, or working behind the scenes as part of the setup or breakdown crew, there are many places for you to serve.
Sound Team
Volunteers on the Sound Team ministry serve on a quarterly rotation, and work in teams of two. Each Sunday morning, the sound team members arrive around 8:00am to set up the sound board and entire amplification system. People who serve in this ministry should have a good ear for mixing music, and should know how to operate equipment such as the sound board, microphones, etc.

Video and Powerpoint Team
Compiles and produces all multimedia content for our Sunday morning services. This includes communicating with the Pastors to translate their teaching notes into multimedia materials used on Sunday morning and creating attractive slide presentations for the worship songs and announcements. This team also run the slides during the service and records the audio from the teacher's message for distribution on the Evergreen Web and through the Footnotes ministry (below).

AV Setup / Teardown
Sets up and tears down any computer and video equipment on Sunday mornings, ensures proper integration with the sound system and projector through various cabling.
The greatest current need of the A/V team is for folks who are able to learn a new technology and are willing to learn the setup/teardown process and commit to a regular rotation in the monthly schedule.
